Growth Track

"No matter the order you journey through each step, we BELIEVE God will reveal his plan for your life."

The Growth Track at Compass Church is a guide to help you discover your redemptive purpose and live the life God created for you. With four steps, the Growth Track invites you to encounter Jesus, establish purpose, get equipped with resources, and empower others through serving.

Growth Track happens every month in four consecutive Sundays, starting with Step One on the first Sunday of the month.

KNOW GOD

Learn the spiritual journey God has for each of us —to encounter Jesus. God wants to know us personally. More than just practicing religion. He wants a relationship with us. Our weekend services and our Small Groups are where we focus on that relationship. Whether you're new to faith, have questions, or have been a follower of Christ for a long time, our services are a safe place to learn more about what it means to know God and grow closer to him.

FIND FREEDOM

Explore the ministry of Compass Church and find out how to connect in our community. One of the ways God designed for us to live in freedom is to have people in our lives to help us on the journey. Connecting with others in Compass Small Groups is a practical and enjoyable way to find that kind of life-changing community.

DISCOVER PURPOSE

Discover your personality and gifts, see how they point to your purpose in life and your best fit in ministry. We are all an important part of God's plan, and our life will never make sense until we discover our purpose. The Compass Growth Track is designed to help participants take steps toward discovering their purpose.

MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Connect to the opportunities at Compass Church to live out your purpose and use your gifts serving others. This is God's ultimate plan for our lives-- to make a difference in the lives of others. When we do, the Bible tells us we will experience joy. Through the Compass Dream Team, we hope to connect every person to an opportunity to live out their calling by using their gifts and talents to serve others inside the church and outside of the church in the community.
